the location is perfect! plenty of shopping, restaurants and plazas are near by. the metro is close for further trips. the staffs were polite and the hotel was so clean.

the bed was really uncomfortable and seemed damaged. the bathtub plug didn't work. if you can, don't give them your credit card information.

I found the room spacious and well-kept, it included air conditioning! the bathroom had a functional hairdryer and toiletries were provided. breakfast included fresh fruit and a variety of pastries. I appreciated the coffee machine was available. the staff at reception was available 24/7.

i noticed a slight musty odor in the hallway, but it wasn't present in my room.

The hotel is very close to everything I wanted to visit. The staff at reception was cute. The room had a comfortable bed and a large layout. The location really cannot be better if you want to be within walking distance of all the sights.

The bathroom fan and light above the sink were not working.

the room was not as soundproof as i expected. street noise was quite noticeable, especially early in the morning. also, i found the breakfast selection to be somewhat limited for a hotel of this supposed calibre.. the pastries seemed a bit stale on a couple of days. i did expect a bit more from a place with this reputation.

The staff was very helpful. They helped me find great local restaurants. the room was quiet due to double-glazed windows. the location is excellent since it is close to sol station.

the bathroom fan was not working. the light above the sink was also out of order. i found no slippers or bathrobe in the room.
